What inspired you to become a teacher?  My mom--she's a teacher and has inspired so many kids.  She has attained two Master's degrees and become nationally board certified.

Goal as a teacher: To inspire students to love learning and contribute to their community.

Funniest/most memorable thing that has ever happened to you in school: One morning, I was walking into my classroom just as the Pledge of Allegiance was about to begin. Rather than walking in, I decided to leap into the room. I landed on a loose piece of paper and it slid just like a banana peel. My feet flew into the air and I landed flat on my backside! The students roared. :-)

Fun Fact: Haven't rode an elevator in 25 years!
