IACTE Selects Theme Submitted by PHHS Teacher for 2020 Conference

The Illinois Association of Career and Technical Education (IACTE) selected a theme submitted by PHHS teacher Christy Riddle for their 2020 conference which will be held in Bloomington in February of 2020. Mrs. Riddle's theme is accompanied by a logo created by a Bolingbrook teacher.
IACTE's website states that it "is the only professional education organization in Illinois to represent all of career and technical education at the middle school, high school and post-secondary level. IACTE is dedicated to the advancement of educators that prepare students for successful careers." The IACTE holds a conference each winter for teachers to network and learn new strategies to engage students in career and technical education.
PHHS is proud to have a teacher who embraces continuing education and professional organizations. Congratulations Mrs. Riddle!
